DESCRIPTION:\nThe 34th Annual Symposium of the Pacific Northwest Chapter of the American Vacuum Society (PNWAVS) will be held in Boise, Idaho on September 7 and 8, 2023.  Every year, PNWAVS hosts an annual symposium that brings together researchers with interests in vacuum science and technology in the Pacific Northwest region. This year, we will host annual symposium at the Boise State University, Boise, Idaho.  \n\nA goal of this meeting is to promote interaction among all participants from industry, government, and university laboratories. Both invited and contributed papers in the form of oral and poster presentations will be presented at the meeting.
